Time For a Reality Check on some of the common teachings within the modern Christian Church today.

Is your pastor and church preaching and teaching the truth about the gospel of Jesus Christ? We pray so.

Does your church teach the absolute need for you to repent? Many don’t.

Does your church teach that there is only one way to eternal salvation?

If yours truly does, you are blessed. Tens of thousands of churches today teach otherwise.

Jesus came for a reason, and the Bible was written for you, for a specific purpose.

“These things have I written unto you that believe on the Name of the Son of God, that ye may know that ye have eternal life.”

If you have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ into your heart, repented of your sins and been baptized, you needn’t wonder where you will spend eternity. You can know, beyond a shadow of a doubt. It doesn’t matter how good or bad you were. Everyone who ever lived is a sinner. “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” writes Paul in Romans 3:23.  It is a theme in both the Old and New Testaments. Only Jesus walked this earth a perfect man.

Romans 3:10.  And there is a place prepared for the unrighteous sinner.
Romans 6:23 says “For the wages of sin is death.”
Revelation 21:8 provides further detail; “All liars shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”

All people are liars, for example. At least from one degree to another. Especially ones who claim they are not sinners. Does that mean we are without hope? Absolutely not.  Romans 6:23 says “the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”  Note two things. The ‘wages’ of sin is death. ‘Wages’ are earned. But the ‘gift’ of God is eternal life.  Gifts are not earned or they would be wages. God loves us and wants us to accept the gift of Pardon He extends us, when? HOW? When we repent.

“But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” [Romans 5:8].  Think of that.  Jesus Christ, Creator of the Universe, allowed Himself to be crucified to pay the penalty for your sin, when we repent of it.

Having died for our sins, He then rose again to prove that He held the keys to death and Hell, as well as the key to eternal life. “Christ died for our sins . . .was buried. . . and that He rose again” [1 Corinthians 15:3-

There is Only One Way To Heaven

If there were many ways to heaven as Rick Warren, through his Purpose Driven Life and his minion pastors suggest, then there is no assurance of salvation. If there are many ways, then how can you know you are on the right path?  “Jesus said unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6. Jesus made it very clear. I am THE WAY, He said. Not one of many ways.

John 1:12 “For whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved.” [Romans 10:13].  Note the unconditional promise here. “Shall” be saved, not ‘might be’, or  ‘could be’,  but ‘shall’ be saved.

Romans 10:9 says “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” Salvation is an unconditional covenant between God and all saved, true believers. Sin is a debt that must be paid for to be canceled. Jesus paid that debt at the Cross.

John wrote this eyewitness account at the Cross. “When Jesus, therefore, had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.” [John 19:30] “It is finished.” John chose the Greek word “tetelestai” [it is finished], the word that was stamped upon a paid contract, meaning ‘paid in full’.  Jesus paid for our sins in full.  He purchased our unconditional Pardon for our sins.

That Pardon, marked ‘tetelestai’ over your name is waiting for you in Heaven. All you need do is claim it. Simply bow your head, and pray a simple prayer.

Something like, “Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and that the penalty for my sin is Hell. I believe You died and were buried and rose again to pay for my sin. Please forgive me of my sins. I am a sinner. I repent of my sins. (Name them as the Holy Spirit puts them on your heart.) Come into my heart Lord Jesus and save me and take me to heaven when I die.”It’s just that simple.

If you prayed that prayer and meant it from the bottom of your heart, you are forgiven, clean, and clothed in His righteousness. You are now saved from damnation and guaranteed eternal life. We will be meeting you in Heaven!

Part of the above message was received by this minister a number of years ago. It was authored by an “unknown Christian”. It is particularly good for these days that we live in.

Then get baptized in water at a Christian, bible believing church.

When you are saved and baptized, God further fulfills His promises to you.

John 14:12  Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
John 14:13  And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
John 14:14  If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do it.

Jesus Promises you the Holy Spirit
John 14:15  If ye love me, keep my commandments.
John 14:16  And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever;
John 14:17  Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
John 14:18  I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
John 14:19  Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
John 14:20  At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
John 14:21  He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

All because of the Blood of Jesus being shed for you and your willingness to repent.

If you are being misled, is it time to get real serious about your relationship with the Lord and find a new church? Is it time you “Came out of Her?” There are many good, Christian bible believing, spirit filled churches and pastors.

Let’s all walk each day under the covering and protection of Jesus and the Holy Spirit, with an Enduring Faith.

1John 4:4 You are of God, little children, and you have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.
Psalm 91:22 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.”Through Him, We will overcome”.

Through An Enduring Faith and in the hands and through the mouth of a true believer, mountains can truly be moved. We need not Fear!

But not by our own strength.

People like yourself, sharing this knowledge with their friends and loved ones is the primary way new visitors are introduced to this ministry site. I encourage you to share this important teaching with all of your Christian friends.  Please don’t keep it to yourself.

My friend, Are you confident where you are going to spend eternity when this all ends? There is an end for all of us someday. Some of us maybe today.

There is only one way to know and be assured– Ask our Father in heaven in Jesus Christs’ name in prayer today!

Are You Saved from damnation, the eternal fate of so many? Are you sure? Ask Him. Find out and be assured.

Rom 8:16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that  we are the children of God.

When we ask the Lord, in Jesus Christ’s name, He assures us with His peace and understanding. If for any reason you question your salvation, go to a quiet place, alone, and talk to Jesus. Repent of your sins and commit your life to Him. Then go to a bible believing church and get baptized.

He is faithful! He always listens and always responds!
