Does PURPOSE DRIVEN drive the seeker away from Jesus- Shocking Truth- Video

Purpose-ly Driven away from the Jesus of the bible.

So many of us have gotten side tracked in our pursuit of peace, love and fellowship. We all desire basically the same things. Peace and a loving relationship with God. Peace with ourselves and being at peace with all other people, places and things. We want Love in our life. We are all seeking the same answers. Answers to our fears, loneliness, anger, guilt, shame and resentments. The paths we choose in the quest for the answers, however, may also determine our eternal destiny. We are all looking for answers.

A sad state of affairs exists in much of the Christian church community today. Major forces are using the appeal to the sensual or natural spirit world to push true worship of the one true God, our Lord Jesus Christ, to the back of the bus. Or right out the back door of the church.

When someone you know says, “I’m going to go to church on Sunday”. It’s become almost impossible to tell what they mean. Are they going to spend time worshiping the Lord and learning and growing in the Word? Or are they going to experience something that makes them “feel good”. Sadly, the christian community has been divided into two very different camps and doctrines.

There two basic paths, featuring two distinct characteristics, that we all can choose to follow one or the other.

One is a path of the natural. A church experience that primarily uses the natural or the sensual to move and keep its followers. It is spiritual. But it’s focus is on the natural spirit and the natural forces of change.

The other is the path of developing a spiritual relationship with the one true God. A salvation relationship with Jesus Christ, the one eternal answer to our spiritual dilemma. How and where will we spend eternity? With whom? How will we spend our time and energy on this earth?

Is there a dilemma? Is the church being split into two factions or camps?

The Gospel of Jesus Christ and the bible provide for all of us to “Be Changed” and it provides for a direct way for salvation. Unfortunately,  the teachings of all of “Purpose Driven” are based on how your works are necessary to achieve peace, serenity and spiritual completeness.

It could be viewed as surrendering ourselves to Jesus Christ versus surrendering oneself to the Purpose Driven Life program. Rick Warren says so his Purpose Driven Life orientation audio presentation.

So, two different groups are emerging within the Christian community. Which group are you in?

The followers of Jesus Christ <———-> The followers of Rick Warren.

Does it sound like we are being too harsh? The Word is instructive.

The truth is even more direct and commanding than we could ever create words for. I yield to the Word of God. Which group is more likely to be led into apostasy?

Do you believe that the Bible, in its original language, is the inspired Word of God? For in it the Lord tells us:

For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect” (Matthew 24:24).

“But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him” (2 Corinthians 11:3-4).

“For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works” (2 Corinthians 11:13-15).

“That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive” (Ephesians 4:14).

We bring you this wonderful video presentation to reveal the differences.Try to hear the message with the same heart it is freely given.

According to Jesus, the church is the body of people who come to Him, believe onto Him, repent and turn away from their sins and follow Him and His ways. And in the bible, the church is composed of all believers and thus followers of Jesus Christ. In the first and second century they were called “THE WAY”. The way to salvation now and beyond. Freedom from the sinful ways of man. Based on the teachings of Jesus. Jesus embodied the Word and was a perfect living example for all of us to try and emulate.

According to Rick Warren, the church is an exposition and show center for occult teachings and inspirational sermons pointing toward a non-biblical Jesus. Filling up the building and the coffers with the worldly masses. Appealing to and attracting the masses is the art form that was adopted and marketed under the umbrellas of Purpose Driven this and Purpose Driven that. No where is Jesus Driven or Holy Spirit Driven or Saved by Grace through Faith Only ever mentioned in the Purpose Driven Church programs. They are teaching mysticism, eastern meditation and much, much more.

The Purpose Driven organization instructs pastors to preach and teach mysticism  and eastern meditation, instead of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Has something gotten off target here? Is the message of the Gospel gotten lost? If your church is involved in the Purpose Driven frenzy that has swept America and now many other countries, please take the time to listen to a sober and honest Pastor discuss this phenomenon and pray about it.

The time is short. Jesus is coming. Each one of us truly need An Enduring Faith that brings us closer to the Lord. Not a Purpose-ly Driven faith that may replace bible study and prayer. Please get out your bible and a notebook. Take notes and look up the bible verses the pastor sites. Please examine the facts He presents. This snow job of Rick Warrens has to be called for what it is. Then we can let the people decide.

We strongly encourage you to take a few minutes to listen to Pastor Mike Hoggard explain the crisis that is sweeping the Christian community today. Maybe in your church.

BUT WE WARN YOU! If you love Jesus like we do, you may never set foot in a “Purpose Driven” church again. Fasten your safety belt for a truth encounter of biblical proportions.

God Bless and we hope you enjoyed Pastors presentation. Pray about this. It is important.

John MacArthur states it real well. The teachings of Purpose Driven Everything are not only not biblical, they leave out the most important parts of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Take the time to listen to John. It’s short.

We encourage you to spend some time every day developing An Enduring Faith in Jesus Christ that will protect, sustain and carry you through all your days..

I know I’m not going to win a popularity contest presenting this material. It doesn’t matter. I know in my heart that it pleases the only one who counts.

The powers that be don’t want this material to get around. It is evident by how G**gle treats it in the search results, compared to so many of our other articles. If you love jesus like we do, PLEASE HELP SPREAD THE WORD. Send this page to all those you know.

Ask God in prayer. “Why does Rick Warren Purpose-ly drive people away from the Jesus Christ of the bible?”

These is very serious question! Please pray earnestly.

My friend, Are you confident where you are going to spend eternity when this all ends? There is an end for all of us some day. Some of us today.

There is only one way to know and be assured– Ask our Father in heaven in Jesus Christs’ name, in prayer today!

Are You Saved from the eternal fate of so many? Are you sure? Ask Him. Find out and be assured.

Rom 8:16  The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that  we are the children of God.

When we ask the Lord, in Jesus Christ’s name, He assures us with His peace and understanding. If for any reason you question your salvation, go to a quiet place, alone, and talk to Jesus. Repent of your sins and commit your life to Him. Then go to a bible believing church and get baptized.

He is faithful! He always listens and always responds!

The Salvation Prayer (click here) is in the Blog in the right column of this page. You can walk without fear. Start nurturing An Enduring Faith, today.

May God Bless You and keep you safe from the evil one!

One Response to Does PURPOSE DRIVEN drive the seeker away from Jesus- Shocking Truth- Video

  1. ministry says:

Did you watch the video’s? Pastor Mike Hoggard makes the biblical case that Purpose Driven is anti Gospel, at the least.

I received a somewhat angry e-mail from a retired Baptist pastor a few weeks ago. This pastor was very upset. He had just read and listened to Pastor Mike Hoaggard’s presentation on Rick Warren and Purpose Driven. When I first started reading the letter I thought He was upset with me. I’ve known this man for over twenty years and always respected his opinion. Because I agree with Pastor Mike’s assessment 100%.

But very quickly I realized that He was more upset about what is going on in our world today. He expressed his dismay over the condition of our country and especially his concern for what is going on in the churches today.

His biggest concern was how the church is allowing the secular trappings and sensual attractions into the church. He sees the authority of Jesus Christ and the bible being marginalized.

But He asked me to speak out in support of all the pastors out there who are tryinh to stand strong on the word of truth. He asked me to remind everyone that even if a church has adopted some of Warrens philosophy it doesn’t mean that the are Purpose-ly driving Jesus out of the church. Although many are.

The job of being a pastor is a tough one these days. Especially tough when you are competing, so to speak, with other churches who are using all the lures of society to draw in big crowds and fill up their coffers. It seems sometimes that the bigger “the show” the more people that are drawn in. When the show should be about saving souls and protecting the flock.

But we are getting what we are demanding. Congregations are asking for more theatrics. Church boards are putting more pressure on pastors to compete for income.
Yes, for many pastors, it’s a viciously competitive world out there.

Please pray for your pastor. Please pray that He or She doesn’t trade being competitive and praised, for preaching the truth of the word and gospel.

I encourage you to go in and talk to your pastor about your concerns before you make any judgements about what you are observing. Ask Him about where He sees His church going. Ask him what his growth goals are. Ask him if He still believes that salvation can only happen through repentance and what Jesus did on the cross.

Jesus brought the light into the world and the world is doing everything it can to put that light out.

If you find that your pastor is committed to stating on course, regardless of how hard the going gets. Please support Him. If He simply gives you all the excuses of how hard he is trying and how the results prove his new thinking—-Purpose Driven thinking—-Purpose-ly Driving Jesus out of the church—Pray real hard and talk to some trusted fellow Christians. Talk to some members of the church board.

But, unfortunately, if that church is committed to go the Purpose Driven life way, we recommend you find a bible believing home church where the word of God is proclaimed in truth. One where you can develop and live within An Enduring Faith.

Thank-you pastor. We said our peace.
    God Bless everyone.
    Pastor Thomas
