WIDE IS THE GATE: THE EMERGING NEW CHRISTIANITY

Featuring Caryl Matrisciana with Caryltv.com.

In this post we are looking more deeply into the New Spirituality that is sweeping thousands of churches today. We are asking the question.

“What would Jesus say about the condition of today’s modern Christian churches?”

Caryl is a former occultist and an expert on spiritual warfare. She grew up in India, where she learned the ways of the occult. She moved to Great Britain and along the way was touched by the spirit of God and converted to Christianity. She spends her time now in research, writing and in making films about the lessons she has learned.

Matthew 7:14  Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Tens of thousands of pastors have adopted a New Spirituality and have presented it into their churches. It is the new age spirituality of The Emerging Church. It is the Emerging Church that is leading much of the Christian denominational world and churches, through their teachings, where they will be willing to join, what the bible calls and we refer to as  the One World Religion of the end times. Right down the path to serving the false Christ that is soon to come…..

Make no bones about it!!! Rick Warren and his “Purpose Driven” mega empire are leading the way. Leading the sheep down the path to the One world religion. It is a blend of some  very old, non-biblical doctrines. Mixed with some New Age philosophies.

>Those doctrines include Gnosticism and Paganism. Combined with New Age philosophy and a sprinkling of what is called Ancient Future Christianity.

When they are all homogenized and professionally packaged they bring the follower to-

>WIDE IS THE GATE: THE EMERGING NEW CHRISTIANITY

A video presentation on this is below.

In it Caryl Matrisciana details how thousands of pastors are intentionally deceiving their congregations and leading them into eternal error.

Let’s examine the ingredients of this Emerging Christianity. Lets all get on the same page with some definitions.

Gnosticism
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Gnosticism (from gnostikos, “learned”, from Greek: γνῶσις gnōsis, knowledge; Arabic: الغنوصية‎) is the thought and practice, especially of various sects of late pre-Christian and early Christian centuries, distinguished by the conviction that matter is evil and that emancipation comes through gnosis (knowledge).

The New World Encyclopedia defines it this way.

Gnosticism is a general term describing various mystically-oriented groups and their teachings, which were most prominent in the first few centuries of the Common Era. It is also applied to later and modern revivals of these teachings. The term gnosticism comes from the Greek word for knowledge, Gnosis (γνώσις), referring to esoteric consciousness, which is claimed by Gnostics to be the key to unlocking transcendent understanding, self-realization, and/or unity with God.

The origins of Gnosticism are not clearly known, but there is general agreement that threads of the teachings must have arisen somewhere in what is today known as the Middle East and Asia Minor—areas in which several cultures could converge and synthesize. Many scholars find the roots of Gnosticism in Neoplatonism, which similarly devalues matter and regards the spirit as the true reality. A minority of scholars believe it to be of eastern origin because of its similarities to Buddhist ideas of enlightenment.

Paganism
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

(from Latin paganus, meaning “country dweller”, “rustic”[1]) is a blanket term typically used to refer to religious traditions which are polytheistic or indigenous.

from TheFreeDictionary

Paganism is primarily used in a historical context, Greco-Roman polytheism as well as the polytheistic traditions of Europe and North Africa before Christianity. In a wider sense, extended to contemporary religions, it includes most of the Eastern religions and the indigenous traditions of the Americas, Central Asia, Australia and Africa; as well as non-Abrahamic religion in general. More narrow definitions will not include any of the world religions and restrict the term to local or rural cults, not organized as civil religions.

Characteristic of Pagan traditions are:

a-a person who does not acknowledge the one true God
b-a person who follows a polytheistic or pre-Christian religion (not a Christian or Muslim or Jew)
c-someone motivated by desires for sensual pleasures. They are primarily
hedonist, a pleasure seeker.
d-not acknowledging the God of Christianity and Judaism.

Ancient Future Christianity

The Ancient Future Movement is supposedly taking us back to our “Christian” origins through the Desert Fathers of 300 years after Christ. Sadly, that “taking back” does not go back far enough. Missing is a return to the Early Church’s foundation, birthed in Jerusalem, at Pentecost, 40 days after the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who at that time, filled His Believers with His Holy Spirit and instructions to go out, preach the Gospel and make disciples. Missing is the understanding of the sin nature of man and our total need for redemption, that is only available through the Blood of Jesus Christ.

^
The New Spirituality sweeping the modern church is a blend of the above philosophies. The Purpose-ly Driven away from the Christ of the Bible movement is the epitome of that phenomenon and will be a major partner in the unification of religions into the New World Order’s “One World Religion”. To say nothing about all the souls that are being deceived.
The Bible, in the book of Timothy, warns of great heresy and apostasy in the church in the last days. It foretells of false teachers, prophets, doctrines of lying spirits and their signs and wonders.

Listen to an interview with Caryl, as she explains the infiltration of eastern mysticism and Gnosticism into many of today’s churches. At minute 25, the video presentation of “Wide is the Gate” is shown. Caryl’s highly acclaimed film on “the Emerging Church”. The first twenty-five minutes are of a radio interview that I highly recommend.

The answer to the question, “What would Jesus say or do about the condition of today’s modern Christian churches?”

He would most likely weep.

Then put out the call for the angels to blow their Trumpets!

Are the ways of the Occult and the Gnostics  being taught by Purpose Driven Life in your church?

If they areGalations 1:6-10 is your Warning from God!

If you believe that that the bible is the inspired Word of God, we beg you to seriously consider and pray about this warning. This warning is specifically for Pastors, Elders and Teachers. But it could include the members of the church body. Yes and the financial supporters.

Gal 1:6  I marvel that you so soon are being moved away from Him who called you into the grace of Christ, to another gospel,

Gal 1:7  which is not another, but some are troubling you, and desiring to pervert the gospel of Christ.

Gal 1:8  But even if we or an angel from Heaven preach a gospel to you beside what we preached to you, let him be accursed.

Gal 1:9  As we said before, and now I say again, If anyone preaches a gospel to you beside what you have received, let him be accursed.

Gal 1:10  For now do I persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I yet pleased men, I would not be a servant of Christ.

Did you notice the phrases that Paul repeated twice? Why do you think He repeats himself? He only does this on certain occasions.

This is a very important call. I urge you to pray about this. Listen to the pleadings of the Holy Spirit. Inform your family. Inform your loved ones.

People like yourself, sharing this knowledge with their friends and loved ones is the primary way new visitors are introduced to this ministry site. We have provided a share link below. Please don’t keep it to yourself.

My friend, Are you confident where you are going to spend eternity when this all ends? There is an end for all of us some day. Some of us maybe today.

There is only one way to know and be assured– Ask our Father in heaven in Jesus Christs’ name in prayer today!

Are You Saved from damnation, the eternal fate of so many? Are you sure? Ask Him. Find out and be assured.

Rom 8:16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that  we are the children of God.

When we ask the Lord, in Jesus Christ’s name, He assures us with His peace and understanding. If for any reason you question your salvation, go to a quiet place, alone, and talk to Jesus. Repent of your sins and commit your life to Him. Then go to a bible believing church and get baptized.

He is faithful! He always listens and always responds!
